Easy Home Cleaning respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you use our booking site and how we use it.

What we collect

• Contact details you provide: name, phone, email, and ZIP code.
• Booking details: service type, home size, and your preferred date and window.
• Marketing attribution: referral and campaign parameters (such as UTM tags and ad click identifiers) so we can measure which channels bring customers.
• Analytics and advertising data via the Meta Pixel and Google Ads (gtag), including cookies that help measure and improve our advertising.

How we use it

• To provide quotes, process bookings, and confirm and service your cleaning.
• To send you booking-related messages. If you opt in, we may text you about your booking; reply STOP at any time to opt out.
• To measure and improve our marketing.

Who we share it with

We share data only with service providers that make the booking work: our payment processor (Stripe), our customer-relationship and messaging platform, and Meta and Google for advertising measurement. We do not sell your personal information.

Payments

Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Your choices

You can opt out of texts by replying STOP, and request access to or deletion of your information by emailing us.
